Colette Akande, a U.S citizen, is a certified project manager practitioner with over 15 years of experience delivering information technology solutions in the federal sector.
She has implemented and managed e-discovery programs that have processed millions of records for the Department of Justice and the Security and Exchange Commission.
Mrs. Akande holds a Bachelor of Art degree in Translation from Laval University, Canada, a Master of Science degree in Technology Management and a Master of Business Administration from University of Maryland Global Campus.
Mrs. Akande has been part of the Board of Directors and chair of the Governance committee for the past two years. Before joining the Board, she served on the ALCO committee for 15 months and on National Geographic Credit Union Supervisory Committee for two years.
