OAS Federal Credit Union (“OAS FCU”), in coordination with CUES, the Credit Union’s
electronic voting provider, will conduct an eVoting raffle in connection with the 2026
Annual Elections. CUES will select and present the raffle winners at the OAS FCU
Annual Meeting.
Eligibility
The eVoting raffle is open only to OAS FCU members who:
– Have cast a valid electronic ballot during the voting period; and
– Meet all eligibility requirements to vote in the 2026 Annual Elections.
To be eligible to vote in the 2026 OAS FCU Annual Elections to elect volunteers to the
Board of Directors and Credit Committee, a member must meet all of the following
requirements:
– Be at least 18 years of age on or before February 28, 2026;
– Have established membership with OAS FCU on or before February 28, 2026;
and
– Maintain an open account with a minimum balance of $5 on or before February
28, 2026.
Participation Period
Eligible members must vote electronically between April 27, 2026 and May 22, 2026 to
be entered into the drawing.
No Purchase Necessary
No purchase or payment of any kind is required to participate or to win. Casting an
eligible electronic vote automatically enters the member into the raffle.
Prizes and Number of Winners
A total of nineteen (19) prizes will be awarded as follows:
– One (1) prize of $500
– Two (2) prizes of $200 each
– Seven (7) prizes of $100 each
– Eight (8) prizes of $50 each
– Surprise Prize (1) with an approximate value of $100.
Cash prizes will be awarded in the form of checks and are non-transferable. The “Surprise Prize” will be delivered directly to the winner electronically or to the address registered with OAS FCU.
Winner Selection and Announcement
Winners will be randomly selected from among all eligible voters by CUES. The results
of the election and the names of the eVoting raffle winners will be announced during the
OAS FCU Annual Meeting, to be held on May 26, 2026 at 4:00 PM (EDT).
General Conditions
By participating, members agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the
decisions of OAS FCU and CUES, which are final. OAS FCU reserves the right to
modify or cancel the raffle if circumstances beyond its control compromise the integrity
or proper functioning of the drawing.
